Shipping Procedure:
Unless otherwise requested by the customer, all shipments are handled by United Parcel Service.ALL NEW ACCOUNTS will be shipped on a C.O.D. basis or prepaid with approved credit card until credit is cleared and accepted. Credit accounts are due 30 days from the date of invoice. Past-due accounts will be charged a finance charge at the periodic rate of 1-1/2% per month, which is an Annual Percentage Rate of 18%. A minimum finance charge of $1.00 will be charged on past-due accounts. All prices are F.O.B Chatsworth, California, and collection costs are the expense of the customer.
Title to merchandise purchased by customer shall be retained by L.R.H. Enterprises, Inc. until paid in full.

Policy for Returning Merchandise:
Merchandise may be returned only with advanced approval from L.R.H. Enterprises, Inc. There will be a 15% restocking charge plus a reconditioning (resharpening, retipping, or refinishing) charge for cutters that have been used or damaged.
Special tools and discontinued items are NOT RETURNABLE. "Special Tools" include all customized tools and any products that are not listed within the L.R.H. master catalog as an "In Stock" item. Any variations of ''In Stock" products are also included within the definition of a "Special Tool," henceforth are also NOT RETURNABLE.Absolutely, no merchandise may be returned after 6 months from the date of purchase.
Shipping charges on all returned merchandise must be prepaid.Cancellation on standard "In Stock" orders will be accepted without charge if received prior to shipment.
Special orders may be cancelled, but there will be a proportionate charge that is reasonable and proper based on the status of merchandise in process and expenses already incurred, as well as, commitments made by the company.
