This tool line includes universal designated heads which accommodate four different profiles of male & female cabinet door cuts. Raised Panel head accepts five different panel profiles and the Door Edge head can produce a finger-pull for concealed hinges or flush overlay. Ground to pattern heads and tips are also available.
The exclusive gib design prevents insert tips from cracking when in use. The gib supports the tip from the front as well as the head supporting on the back side of the tip. And as a result, produces a "quieter" running head. This feature is especially advantageous when hand-feeding. This "chip limiter" design also reduces grain pull on cross grain cutting, thus, minimizing or eliminating sanding.
