How to set up Component Door Lips Cutter Sets:

Shims are to be placed between the top detail cutter
and the bottom detail cutter to acquire the various material widths.
Sets with no shims produce a 3/4" material cut until sharpened,
then shims must be used to adjust the fit. Each bottom cutter
includes a few shims for adjustability. Shim Sets, that allow
greater adjustability, are available for purchase on this website. |
